Interview Assessments

Through the Independent Study and Mentorship Program, the following Interview Assessments reflect my takeaways and learnings from conversations with professionals in my field.

In my interview with Andrew C. Froelich, I gained insight into criminal defense, especially the importance of collaboration and maintaining professional relationships within the adversarial system. His perspective on and learning from mistakes reinforced the need for resilience in a legal career.

In My conversation with Bailey Bowe, I gained insight into probate law’s emphasis on legal writing and interpersonal communication, and the positive experience reshaped my perception of attorneys while building a strong foundation for future interviews.

After interviewing Brianna Ruiz, an associate at MacGeorge Law Firm, I gained valuable insight into law school preparation, including the importance of maintaining a high GPA, understanding the law journal publication process, and recognizing the time limits on working during 1L year.
